Our Returns & Exchanges Commitment
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. All returns must be in original condition – unused, unopened, and with all original packaging and documentation intact.
Important Note:
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following professional tool categories cannot be returned unless faulty:
- All cutting tools (115mm/125mm diamond blades, circular saw blades, cutting discs)
- Bandsaw blades (1400mm/1425mm)
- Staples (10mm/12mm)
- Opened measuring tapes
Simple Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our tool-savvy support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template to ensure we have all necessary information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 1 business day with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (38 St David’s Pl, Swansea, GB SA6D 5HY)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include:
- Return authorization number clearly visible
- Copy of your original invoice
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned tools within 2-3 business days. You will receive email notification when:
- Your refund is processed, or
- Your exchange item is dispatched
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges of equal or greater value:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- For higher-value exchanges, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty tool (e.g., 1/2″ ratchet not functioning) or incorrect item:

International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- Clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
