We provide two reliable shipping methods:

1. Standard Express Shipping (£12.95): Dispatched via DHL/FedEx within 1-2 business days, delivered in 10-15 days
2. Free Economy Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 day delivery)

Note: We cannot deliver to some remote regions in Asia and elsewhere.

How quickly will my 1/2″ drive socket set be dispatched?

All orders placed before 2PM GMT are dispatched same-day from our Swansea warehouse. You’ll receive tracking information immediately after dispatch.

Can I track my bandsaw blades delivery?

Absolutely! We provide detailed tracking for all shipments via DHL, FedEx or EMS. You’ll receive real-time updates from our warehouse to your workshop.

What if I receive damaged circular saw blades?

Our trade-tested packaging minimizes damage, but if any Draper or Bosch tools arrive damaged, we provide a prepaid return label and process replacements immediately.

How long do I have to return metric sockets I ordered?

Our no-hassle return policy gives you 15 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Simply email [email protected] to initiate the process.
